CANCELLATION POLICY

I genuinely value your time and I kindly ask for the same. I require a 24 hour minimum notice to cancel or reschedule appointments so that I may have enough time to fill your spot and assist other guests who may want to visit the spa at your designated time. Please visit sparxxbeautybar.glossgenius.com or text (631)816-6523 to cancel or adjust all appointments. Failure to reschedule or cancel your appointment on sparxxbeautybar.glossgenius.com or by texting (631)816-6523 without a 24 hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount. If you are running late, please let me know so I can accommodate your appointment. If more than 15 minutes late appointment will be cancelled and charged a 50% cancellation fee.
